May 18, 2007, Newsletter Issue #119: Burn-out

Tip of the Week

Be sure to save your best players. Yes, it is nice to have your best players out all the time, but they will undoubtedly get burned out and become injury prone. Establish a solid third and fourth line that keep the other team off the scoreboard and give your top players a rest. If you find that your promising team often runs out of gas by the end of the season, establish a more well-rounded team and enjoy the results.
